Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic has once again secured a prominent spot on Golfweek’s Best 2024 list, which highlights the top golf courses in Mexico, the Caribbean, the Atlantic Islands, and Central America. This year, the country reaffirms its status as a premier golf destination, boasting seven courses in the top 50 of the region, including the top three positions.
Golfweek’s rating panel, comprising hundreds of members, continuously evaluates golf courses based on 10 rigorous criteria, providing an overall rating for each course. These scores are averaged to produce a final cumulative ranking, which is then compared to other courses in the region.
