Welcome to Luperon Ocean Estates.  If your planning a trip to the site to visit or start planning your villa or just enjoying the amazing Dominican North Coast, We have assembled an edited list of great properties for you to consider durring your trip.  There is a variety of sizes, types and prices in this list.  From smaller beach front boutique hotels to larger Villas.  We have vetted each of them personally and with our Real Estate Agency in the DR.  Please note that all hotels, condos and villas will offer price differences for the various seasons in the DR.  

We have selected several locations that are all near the general area of the Puerto Plata Airport.  The distance to the Luperon Ocean Estates property will depend on which location your staying at.  We have also provide general directions and a map for you use.  

If you are visiting the site in advance to start the process of building your Villa, we can set up a site tour with one of our Sales agents, the Architect or our Concierge manager.
