• You determine the size and the style of your home, based on a selection of options that is predetermined to fit on your parcel of land.
• The choice of final material, and alterations and additions are made with our team of Architect, builder and project manager.
• Time frames and final budgets are established for your review and approval.
• Construction process starts and is managed by our team, while your kept involved and informed every step of the way.  
• Completion and final preparation and hand over including punch list are managed for you and with you.
• Turnover and interior fit out are offered and completed if chosen.
