As you can see from the website, there are a wide variety of home sizes to fit any lot on the development. Each lot and each home will be designed to fit the lot to maximize the views and the consistent on-shore breeze we have on site. There are a wide array of options to suite everyone's needs.
The second piece of good news is that we have found a National bank in DR that is now providing home mortgages to foreign nationals (perons outside of the DR). The process is very much like home loan lending in the North American market. Look for this information and direct contact persons on the website next week.
